Modules such as Communications, childcare or healthcare will require a skills demonstration in which the learner must complete a role play or something similar.

The learner is given clear instructions as to what is expected from the tutor. This can take the form of a brief, a detailed task sheet and be evidenced with a video/audio recording.

Tutor make  it  very clear whose work is being evidenced by:

• Providing a list of the running order on the media video/audio recording in the tutor folder
• Mentioning the learner's name if recording video.
• Naming the file appropriately (e.g. Tom Murphy Skills Demo1.jpg)
• Using other method that will be clear to the external authenticator and makes sense in the context.

A short reflection (250 words) from the learner on the completed skills demonstration/s must be  included in the final portfolio
