Will my appeal be processed before CAO offers are made?

If you have applied through the CAO please submit your appeal as early as possible and tick that you have applied through the CAO on the application form.

The CAO operates to extremely strict timelines, and results that are not communicated to them in time will not be included in the point’s calculations, and subsequent candidate place offers.

How much does it cost to appeal my results?

A fee of €70.00 is payable in respect of each module/component result being appealed. Where the assessment process is being appealed, a fee of €50.00 is payable. Fees are refundable in the case of successful appeals.

The applicable fee must be paid by the learner directly to the centre.
